Do you need a library card? If you are a full- or part-time resident of Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming, or Livingston Counties, or attend school or pay property taxes in these counties, read on! If you have never had a library card issued by an OWWL member library, you can now request one by filling out a self-registration form online.
Do you already have an OWWL library card but need to renew it or get a replacement card? No need to fill out the form; contact your library instead!
Use the self-registration form only if you have never had a library card from any OWWL library or if directed to by your library.
After you submit the self-registration form, library staff at your selected library will review your information to verify your eligibility.
If you are eligible, library staff will either mail your new library card to the address you provided or arrange for you to pick up your card at the library.
Your card will give you access to all OWWL digital resources and allow you to place holds on physical library materials. Your library may require further proof of identity and/or address before you will be able to borrow physical library materials.
